I accept payment by PayPal, which means you can pay with your paypal account or use a debit/credit card at checkout. When you have placed an order and payment has been authorised you will receive a confirmation email.

I have had professional photographs taken of the jewellery that have been displayed on the website however, due to the nature of the beads they can appear a little different depending on the light and the colour of the clothing worn. Even with great care, some of these can look a little different in real life. If in doubt please feel free to order a bead colour card for free to check your colours before you purchase.

I aim to update the website regularly however, if an item you have ordered is out of stock I will inform you as soon as possible by email. I may remove any piece from the website at any time. All beaded items are made to order.

All prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery is free to anywhere in the UK. Items are sent by Royal Mail 1st class post and most packages will fit through a letterbox. I aim to dispatch your order within 3-4 working days but please allow 7 days for your jewellery to arrive in the UK. If there is likely to be a delay I will let you know by email.

Please ensure your delivery and email addresses are correct as I cannot be held responsible for incorrect information provided to me.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please return it in its original condition and in its original packaging (with proof of postage) within 21 days and I will be happy to give you a refund. Please contact me using the ‘Contact Us’ form at the bottom of the page for a return address. 

I am sorry but I cannot refund the return postage unless it is due to a fault with the item.
